Giving Back in the Communities Where We Live
Our individual business units are responsible for determining which organizations and causes matter most to them, as well as how best to support them through either monetary donations and/or volunteering.
Volaris | Ongoing Support for Frontlines
Volaris Group marked its third consecutive year partnering with Frontlines, an organization that supports over 1,500 youth in Toronto’s Weston community. Volaris is sponsoring their summer camp program, which runs for seven weeks and serves about 420 families with educational, recreational, and enrichment activities. This year's program had a funding gap of more than $18,000 that would have resulted in higher fees for families. Volaris filled the cost gap so that camp fees wouldn’t be a barrier to any family wanting to take part.
Topicus | Two Companies, One Home
For the first time, Yonder and Sobis AP, a newly acquired company within the TSS group, came together with Homes of Hope to co-fund a new home in Ighiș (Sibiu County).
A group of colleagues from both companies spent a day on-site helping bring the walls up. For the family this means something simple yet life-changing: a safe home, with no more rain through the roof or cold nights.
Harris | Altera APAC Gives Back
Our colleagues at Altera APAC rallied behind two great causes. The May 50K initiative raised funds for people living with multiple sclerosis and our Adelaide office also hosted a morning tea in support of Cancer Council’s Australia's Biggest Morning Tea, raising funds for cancer research, prevention and support services. The event brought the team together over homemade treats, tea and coffee, with a heartfelt highlight as one team member donated her hair to help create wigs for children affected by hair loss.

To mark our largest learning event, Quadrants 2026 in Copenhagen, Volaris Group donated to Friends, an organization in the region that focuses on engaging and empowering adults at every level of society to prevent bullying. The donation was made in memory of Marie Borg, a beloved employee who helped shape an early version of Quadrants.
Topicus | Health(y) Partnership Continues
Our journey with the Department of Public Health, Babeș-Bolyai University continues. Last year we supported the modernization of the Hans Rosling Room, now a space dedicated to training the next generation of health policy experts. Later that year, we backed the first edition of the Community Health Promotion Gala. This year, for the Gala’s 2nd edition, we're supporting a new track dedicated to digital health under the Health Policy Lab initiative.

Jonas | Bangalore Community Outreach
Our colleagues at Jonas Collections & Recovery are proud to share the recent community outreach by their Bangalore team who travelled 70 kms to support a rural village community of 10 families facing challenging living conditions. Many homes had deteriorating tarpaulin roofs, leaving residents vulnerable to harsh weather conditions.
Contribution:
- Weatherproofing Support: Provided durable tarpaulin sheets to all 10 households, ensuring protection through the upcoming summer and rainy seasons.
- Food Security: Delivered one month's supply of essential grocery items to each family.
This initiative brought immediate relief and dignity to families in need, while strengthening our team's commitment to social responsibility and community engagement.

A day that celebrated a space built for creativity and confidence.
Harris | Walking with Purpose
Our colleagues at MEDHOST recently volunteered at Metro Animal Care and Control in Nashville, spending an afternoon walking dogs alongside the facility's mile-long trail. Each team member was paired with a dog, often chosen by the animals themselves as they came out of the building. With roughly 126 animals on-site, staff learned about the facility's intake and screening processes, the wide range of rescue situations they handle, and the operational complexity behind connecting animals with community volunteers. A small act of service with a big tail-wagging return.
Jonas | Nagpur Community Outreach
Our colleagues at Jonas Collections & Recovery in India visited Sharansthan, a home and learning center supporting underprivileged children. Our team donated educational essentials including notebooks, school bags and stationery, aimed at empowering children through access to learning resources. Beyond the contribution itself, the most valuable aspect of the visit was the opportunity to interact with the children, understand their aspirations, and share experiences that encouraged them to continue pursuing their dreams with confidence. The children welcomed us warmly and displayed remarkable curiosity, confidence, and enthusiasm throughout the interaction.
Topicus | An Afternoon of Gardening, Sunsets & Sustainable Food
A group of Yonderists traded their Friday routine for an evening at Blue Gardens, an ecological urban garden near Cluj. Topicus | Opening doors to new paths – Learning beyond the classroom
Through our ongoing partnership with ELS Association, Yonder continued to bring meaningful experiences to students from rural schools in Dragu and Gârbău – communities with limited access to cultural and learning opportunities.
Activities included taking students beyond the classroom: a financial literacy workshop, a musical theatre visit, a birdhouse-building workshop, a museum visit, and a kindness-focused day. The program was also supported with equipment donations.

Topicus | Strengthening Public Healthcare – One piece of equipment at a time
Our commitment to public healthcare starts with our own people. Following the ultrasound donated to the Neonatal unit in Cluj-Napoca, two more colleague-proposed causes were recently fulfilled: a portable ultrasound for Pediatrics 3 and 4 infusion pumps for Pediatrics 2 – now in place and already supporting daily patient care.
Part of the funding was raised through Cooking for Charity, with the rest supported by Yonder.
