TSS | Supporting Environmental Restoration and Inclusive Community Events
Topicus donated to Justdiggit to help restore landscapes in Senegal through collaborative tree regrowth, leveraging funds from their employee referral program. Topicus also championed inclusion by supporting the G-Loop, a 1 km accessible run designed for individuals with mental and/or physical disabilities.

Jonas | Supporting Those Impacted By California Wildfires
Jonas’ Ineo Mobility stood together during the California wildfires, proudly offering complimentary access to our software and empowering Odyssey Relocation in their mission to support first responders and individuals affected by the fires. This partnership enabled Odyssey Relocation to deliver critical temporary relocation services swiftly and efficiently to those in need during a time of crisis.

TSS | Volunteer Action to Beautify Brabantzorg Heelwijk
Our Topicus PRLG colleagues actively participated in NLDoet, the Netherlands’ largest volunteer event, helping to enhance outdoor spaces at Brabantzorg Heelwijk in Heesch. Their efforts included planting flowers and creating a custom box for cushion storage, bringing both beauty and function to the facility.

Jonas | Giving Back to Help Texas Flood Victims
Jonas Fitness (JFI) employees organized a donation matching campaign to support those affected by the Central Texas floods, with JFI matching all donations made by JFI employees to any non-profit charity assisting with the support and recovery efforts in the area.

Harris | Stepping Up for a Cause
The Harris APAC team proudly supported several impactful initiatives—raising over $1,000 for motor neuron disease through the DIY Big Freeze, walking 20km to raise over $2,000 for mental health with Beyond Blue, and making 23 blood donations to the Australian Red Cross to support vital healthcare services.

Harris | Managed Services Supports Sustainable Farming and Food Access
The Altera Managed Services team volunteered at Healthy Harvest Farm, helping harvest and package 380 pounds of fresh produce for Long Islanders facing food insecurity. It was a meaningful day of teamwork, sustainability, and giving back to the community.

Jonas | Easter Eggs That Make a Difference
Jonas Europe called on all colleagues to donate Easter Eggs to the charity Homeless Oxfordshire. Homeless Oxfordshire is the county’s largest not-for-profit provider of supported accommodation for people experiencing homelessness. They specialise in providing trauma-informed support for people who have complex needs as a result of lifelong disadvantage and challenges such as poverty, childhood trauma, substance and alcohol use, institutional care, and deep social exclusion.

TSS | Going the Extra Mile for Global Impact
The Topicus easySoft team collectively logged over 41,000 kilometers in the STEPS FOR LIFE challenge, raising more than €52,000 for a new daycare center in San Fernando. With strong participation and a proud 6th-place finish, the initiative highlights easySoft’s long-standing commitment to global aid projects.

Jonas | Making An Impact at Junior Achievement Finance Park
A group from our Jonas C&R BU volunteered at Junior Achievement Finance Park, guiding middle school students through practical financial literacy exercises that align with C&R Software's core business focus. Team members translated their collections technical knowledge into accessible lessons about credit scores, responsible budgeting, and long-term financial planning; emphasized how early financial decisions impact future opportunities; and demonstrated how professional insights help people avoid the very debt situations their technology helps manage, creating a full-circle educational opportunity.

Harris | Committed to Community Impact
Altera EMEA continues to give back through a variety of initiatives, including a sponsored trek up Snowdon Mountain that raised £21,000 for charity. Associates also supported local causes with donations, volunteered at a children’s music workshop, and helped lead an educational nature trip for primary school students.

Three teams of our TSS colleagues volunteered across different locations to enhance outdoor spaces for vulnerable community members. Jonas Europe continued their support of DigitAll by inviting Pete Marshman to speak at their annual DevCon event. Jonas Europe has been supporting DigitAll with donations and volunteering days and Peter shared with the group the tremendous impact they’ve had on young students in learning how to program.

Harris Gives Back to the Dallas, TX Community
In March, over 800 Harris employees participated in our largest Leadership event, assembling more than 864 bags containing over 22,000 essential items. These contributions significantly benefit The Family Place, a leading organization in North Texas committed to supporting victims of family violence. By distributing 200 bags immediately and sharing resources with seven additional local organizations, The Family Place addresses immediate hygiene and comfort needs, strengthens community ties, and enhances collaborative efforts to provide comprehensive care for individuals seeking refuge and healing from abuse. This initiative exemplifies the power of community support in fostering independence and promoting safety for vulnerable populations.
Harris NorthStar Team Builds Bikes for Charity
The Harris NorthStar team gathered in Ottawa for their Annual General Meeting. A highlight of the event was a special team-building activity where they worked together to build bikes for charity. Teams from across the business came together to assemble and decorate bikes, which were then donated to families in need in the Ottawa community.

The Harris OneFile Team Partners with Booth Centre
At Harris OneFile, the team partnered with the Booth Centre to help people experiencing homelessness in Greater Manchester. The team collected essential supplies—like toiletries, sanitary products, and food—to offer warmth and dignity during the colder months.

Harris Altera EMEA Team Supports Their Local Community
Our Altera EMEA team took part in several initiatives supporting vulnerable communities across their region. From supporting the "Forget-Me-Not Unit" at the Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust to donating refurbished laptops to Tameside Community Computers CIC to supporting the C4WS Homeless Project – our team members made a difference.

Harris D-A-CH Team Supports Weisser Ring
Our Harris D-A-CH team celebrated International Women's Day, by supporting Weisser Ring, a non-profit organization aiding crime victims in Germany.

Harris Altera HR Team Assembles Piggy Banks for the Seva Sahayog Foundation
Our Altera HR team also partnered with the Seva Sahayog Foundation; an organization focused on empowering socio-economically disadvantaged communities. As part of this initiative, the team volunteered their time to assemble Gullacks (piggy banks) for students to help promote the importance of saving and financial awareness.

Mountsorrel Community Food Project
The Perseus Catalyst team donated non-perishable food to the Mountsorrel Community Food Project, a local charity that provides food and other necessities to those struggling to feed themselves and their families. The Project also provides support through money and financial advice, support churches and community outreach.

Harris Altera Focuses on Meaningful Impact Through Their Global Community Initiatives
Harris Altera and its business units continue to focus on meaningful impact through their global community initiatives. The Altera APAC team participated in the Kmart Giving Tree Initiative, providing gifts to children and families in need during the holiday season. In Adelaide, employees supported Share the Dignity, helping vulnerable women and girls access essential items. Across EMEA, teams contributed to NHS charities, Save the Children’s Festive Jumper Day, and health and well-being programs while also engaging in cultural celebrations, mental health awareness, and environmental initiatives. In North America, the Paragon team stepped up to assist Coffee Regional Medical Center in Georgia after it was impacted by Hurricane Helene, collecting donations and supplies.

Advanced Utility Team Gives Back
The Harris Advanced team embraced giving back through two impactful initiatives. They hosted a Holiday Potluck with a food drive, collecting 135 lbs. of food for Toronto’s Daily Bread Food Bank, as well as partnered with 5N2 to prepare meals for those in need.

C&R Software’s Frosty Fundraiser
Jonas’ C&R Software BU was proud to support their very own Jonathon Dunlop as he glided across the ice in a fundraiser benefiting children with physical disabilities. The tournament was a resounding success, bringing together athletes, sponsors, and community members in a flurry of activity and support. Collectively, the tournament raised over $140,000. The funds raised will go towards creating life-changing opportunities for children with physical disabilities, including sending some kids to camp as well as fund mobility and accessibility equipment.

C&R Rallies Behind One of Their Own
At Jonas’ C&R, one of their co-workers was diagnosed with a brain tumor and their colleagues around the world stepped up in support. Employees were invited to reflect on something they were grateful for and submit a photo of themselves with the person or thing they appreciated. Along with that they also submitted words of encouragement. These photos and sentiments were then turned into a video and photo book which was sent to lift their co-workers’ spirits during the long recovery. Charitable donations were also voluntarily made to the research foundation in her honor.

Christmas Jumper Day
All Perseus UK BUs participated in Christmas Jumper Day to support Save the Children. Whether they were working online or in the office, the teams not only got to wear their festive jumpers for the day, they also successfully raised funds for a great cause. Save the Children is a charity that provides essential food, clean water, medical treatment, education, family reunification and psychosocial support to children in need globally.

Ibcos Food Bank Donation
The Perseus Ibcos team collected food to donate to families during the holiday season through a local charity, Hope for Food. Hope for Food is a UK-based charity that focuses on providing life’s basic essentials to the people most in need.

Frontline Aurora Employees Support Their Community
Harris’ Frontline Aurora employees, as part of their Gives Back program and the National Day of Service, volunteered across geographies from Bangor, ME, to Ottawa, ON, and Costa Rica. Nearly 50 bags of essentials were donated, with our volunteers supporting food banks, shelters, clean-ups, and families in need—showcasing our commitment to community, resilience, and service.

Harris DACH Employees Participate in Meaningful Give Back Projects
Harris DACH employees continued their practice of proposing meaningful give back projects, which are then internally voted on for additional support from our DACH businesses. The supported projects this year focused on supporting those in need over the Holidays with employee collaboration. Supported organizations included TV Warnemünde, Rostocker Sieben e.V., and Kinderkrebshilfe e.V., creating a lasting positive impact.

Harris Corporate Employees Make the Most of Volunteer Day
Harris’ corporate employees used their Volunteer Day hours to support Shepherds of Good Hope – collecting essential items in advance and spending the day volunteering as sous chefs, preparing and serving meals for those in need.

Supporting Animal Well Being
Our colleagues at Harris’ MEDHOST business spent a day volunteering at Williamson County Animal Center (WCAC), a facility dedicated to humane animal care through community programs. One of our colleagues even found a new furry friend to adopt.

Harris Rialtas Team Supports Their Community Through Giving Back
The Harris Rialtas team hosted a bake-off-themed coffee morning, inviting customers, colleagues, and the local community to enjoy homemade treats while raising funds for Macmillan Cancer Support. They also supported a customer’s Christmas Parcel Appeal by collecting donations to help Haydon Wick Parish Council deliver over 150 parcels, supporting vulnerable elderly residents in the community.

Volaris Gives Back
In August, Volaris Group sponsored a back-to-school event with Weston Frontlines Centre, a community based not-for-profit focused on supporting youth with leadership skills, homework clubs and home-cooked meals to help them thrive.
Volaris volunteers provided free backpacks and school supplies to students heading back to school in Weston and the Greater Toronto Area, served up burgers and hot dogs for all attendees, and delivered games and activities to help the kids end their summer vacation on a high note.
Members of the Volaris team also attended a gala to support Frontlines in October, with all proceeds from tickets and auctions going to fund the organization's efforts.

Ongoing Commitment for Homes of Hope
Our colleagues at Yonder donated €15,000 to help build a new home for a family in need—their 7th house so far. Each year, the Yonder team works to build at least one home for families from villages within their community.

Planting Trees, Supporting Education and Riding for Charity
Harris D-A-CH SIV employees took part in Rostock10 supporting the My Tree for Rostock CO₂ reduction campaign, supported the School for Africa - an education project in Tanzania and Rwanda, and joined the Hanse-Tour Sonnenschein, a charity ride for seriously ill children. The teams raised funds, gave their time and shared their commitment to making a difference.

Giving Back Through Knowledge: Yonder’s Cybersecurity Session at Casa Filip
Yonder’s Security Team led an interactive session on cybersecurity, data protection, and fraud prevention at Casa Filip, a “home” for people fighting cancer away from home.

Empowering Future Innovators: Supporting Robotics Excellence
Yonder supported the Phoenix Robotics High School Team, who qualified for the International Competition in Chicago (USA). By supporting initiatives like this, we encourage students to pursue their passion for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

Soups On
Our colleagues at Harris’ SMB Solutions business worked to support Moisson Québec, where they helped prepare hundreds of pots of soup for distribution to those in need across the greater Quebec City area.

Giving Back While Moving to Smaller Office Space
Our Perseus WinTech BU donated much of their excess office items to local organizations while moving to smaller office space - Full Circle Youth Empowerment in Bridgeport, CT is using the donated furniture to furnish their new 2,000 square foot space, Community Resource Center of Mamaronech, NY has taken chairs, projectors, filing cabinets and other furniture for their new office space and various hospitals took extra garbage cans and other office furniture.

Helping Those In Need
Our colleagues at Assetworks took part in the Toronto based “Shoe drive for Africa” in support of improving the health and well-being of those in East Africa who don’t have access to or cannot afford closed toed shoes to protect their feet from sand fleas.

Insuresoft Stays Connected
Our colleagues at Insuresoft sponsored a kids triathlon fundraiser for the Secret Meals for Hungry Children in support of those kids who are not able to get the food nutrition they need. The group also continues to be an active partner with the American Red Cross and hosted a blood drive for both employees and other members of the local community to support kids in being able to receive the needed those kids in need.

Cooking for Charity: A Tradition of Giving at Yonder
Our Yonder employees continued their tradition of Cooking for Charity event raising €3,500, which Yonder tripled. The funds will support building a house for a child with epidermolysis bullosa, helping brothers battling leukemia and autism, and constructing a campus for children with oncological diseases.

The Baltimore Hunger Project
On Perseus colleagues in our Hunt Valley office participated in an event for the Baltimore Hunger Project, where they packaged and sorted non-perishable food items for distribution. This initiative will help the Baltimore Hunger Project’s mission to provide weekend food packages for food-insecure children in Baltimore and surrounding areas.

Cleaning up for Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
Our Commerce Decisions and Quicksilva BUs teamed up to assist the team at Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust by tidying up an expansion site that will allow the hospital to expand its footprint and make an even larger difference in the community.

Harris Rides for Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO)
Some of our Harris employees took part in the CN Cycle for CHEO raising funds for research, family support, and care for children affected by cancer. Together, Team Harris raised $8,891 making a real difference in the lives of many.

Supporting Education
This summer, our Yonder colleagues collected books, games, and school supplies for kindergartens and schools in rural areas within their community. Their donations enriched local libraries and provided essential resources, giving the children a better chance to succeed.

Our Daily Bread – Hunt Valley Office
Our Perseus Hunt Valley office partnered with Our Daily Bread, where they prepared zippy beef casseroles for those in need. Our Daily Bread is a charity that is committed to planting seeds of hope for individuals experiencing hunger in Baltimore City and helping them improve their lives.

Partnering To Support Those In Need
Our Volaris Covenir BU ran a fundraising campaign that raised funds to support the equivalent of 3,000 meals to help support Feeding America. Feeding America is the largest charity working to end hunger in the United States, as they partner with food banks, food pantries, and local food programs to bring food to people facing hunger.

Toronto Habitat for Humanity Build Day
Our Constellation HomeBuilder team worked with a local Habitat for Humanity organization in the greater Toronto area to help build homes for extremely deserving families. These homes will help families realize their dreams of home ownership and our employees from all over North America were excited to roll up their sleeves and support such a great initiative. Having the opportunity to meet with the family that we were supporting made our efforts even more meaningful.

Modaxo Supports Its Local Communities
Our team at the Simon Ferguson group volunteered for a morning with the Atlanta Food Shelf as well as working at one of their mobile food pantries.

Insuresoft Gives Back
Volaris’ Vencora BU Insuresoft sponsored a kids triathlon fundraiser in support of the Secret Meals for Hungry Children as well as introduced The Microsoft Philanthropies TEALS [Technology Education and Learning Support] program to their software developers. TEALS helps high school students across North America develop and grow sustainable and inclusive computer science programs.

Modaxo ANZ Gives Back
Our team at Modaxo [Volaris] participated in several events including the RSPCA Cupcake Day for animal welfare, R U OK? Day in support of mental health and the Yalari Gala Dinner in support of creating positive change for Indigenous children.

Vela Support of the Fort York Food Bank
The Vela Software group in Toronto have partnered with the Fort York Food Bank in their local community. On their first day, they assisted in providing groceries to more than 1,000 local families and serving more than 100 hot meals to members of their community. They are looking forward to continuing to contribute to this wonderful organization.

SSP Gives Back
Volaris’ SSP BU organized a charity bake sale in support of breast cancer as well as had some of its employees volunteer at Calder Community Cares.
