While all our operating groups provide employee learning, not all currently have the systems in place to record our efforts.
Our operating groups that do track learning through an LMS (learning management system) delivered in excess of 289,000 hours of content in 2025.
Within our Harris operating group, the top elective course taken was Accountability Responsibility Ownership. This course was designed to take a deeper look what this Harris Value looks like - nothing is someone else's responsibility - we all have a role to play and we all need to be willing to do our part. Blaming others doesn't move us forward or solve problems - owning them does.

Jonas’s CRBC Academy recently launched their new Learning Management System - a platform is designed to support growth, confidence and shared understanding across CRB Cunninghams. It launched two core pathways – AI Made Simple and ESG Essentials and will continue to expand as the organization evolves.

Cross-functional teams at Yonder came together for a dedicated week of hands-on AI learning across Development & DevOps, Product & Design, and Quality Assurance.
The focus was not on adopting AI for its own sake, but on applying it where it creates real business outcomes for our partners. Teams moved from mindset to experimentation, testing ideas and challenging assumptions in a collaborative setting.
Key takeaways reinforced that outcome thinking, shared ownership, and continuous learning are what make AI adoption meaningful, not speed alone.

The consistent message: AI amplifies human judgment, and the real value lies in expertise, critical oversight, and clear problem definition – not in how fast code gets generated.

Altera Digital Health India brought together over 150 women associates across multiple locations under the theme "Give to Gain," celebrating the power of mentorship, support, and shared growth. As part of the agenda, five Perseus businesses presented their five-year organic growth plans, outlining how they plan to scale existing offerings, build new products, and execute growth strategies in their markets.

Employees and leaders from across Jonas came together for an engaging and inspiring Coaching Coffee Chat in celebration of National Customer Service Week 2025.
This year’s theme, “Mission: Possible,” reminded us that every act of service, big or small plays a role in turning the impossible into possible for our customers. It also encouraged all service and support teams to take on the challenge of making the impossible possible for our customers.
The session brought together senior leaders who generously shared personal stories, lessons learned, and practical advice to help our employees continue their personal and professional journeys. Participants described the experience as open, reflective, and deeply motivating a safe space to connect, learn, and be inspired.

Our Altera human resources team is continuously working to make sure every new employee feels supported and set up for success from day one. To foster early connections, they piloted a UK Buddy Program pairing new hires with experienced team members. The goal is to build meaningful relationships that promote a sense of belonging.

Harris APAC recently welcomed three new interns through its ongoing partnership with Gradability. Building on this success, two previous interns have transitioned into permanent roles, and one into a fixed-term position—strengthening our talent pipeline while fostering diversity and fresh ideas.

Harris’ Interfile employees participated in an engaging workshop exploring Harris values through a superhero theme. Ten superheroes represented each of the core values: Dignity Defender (Respect the Individual), Focus Force (Discipline), Dream Weaver (Dream Realization), Solution Seeker (Solutions Not Problems), Wisdom Warrior (Understanding Learning), Truth Champion (Bad News Doesn't Get Better Over Time), Knowledge Knight (Communicate & Share Knowledge), Power Pioneer (Empowerment at the Point of Contact), Reality Ranger (Understand Reality & Make Difficult Decisions), and Ownership Ace (Accountability). Teams created posters illustrating these superheroes, reinforcing the values and each week, an employee is nominating for exemplifying a value – receiving recognition and a prize.
Quadrants 2024 | Learning, Leadership Development and Knowledge-Sharing
In October 2024, Volaris Group hosted Quadrants, its latest biennial gathering of vertical market software executives from across Volaris and the other Constellation operating groups. Quadrants is designed around small group discussions where attendees discuss best practices and business challenges while also expanding their networks — all with the goal of helping top leaders advance their professional skills and navigate their career trajectories.
The 2024 event was held in Cancun, Mexico and featured more than 2,000 breakout sessions over four days, including keynotes about the vision of Volaris Group, spotlight discussions with inspiring leaders, a panel discussion on diversity in leadership, and an AI Innovation Challenge with teams collaborating across functions. Attendees benefited from practical ideas to support growth, ideas for their own professional development, and a vibrant roster of contacts to turn to for support, coaching and mentorship.

Our Harris operating group hosted over 500 employees at its 2024 Operational Excellence Summit where they shared learnings, case studies and experiences related to implementing and understanding our best practices as well as building their social capital. The Summit also included a separate track for M&A professionals which focused on our commitment to disciplined capital deployment.

Our Volaris Adapt IT BU took part in the Future Ready Summit and Vodacom Hackathon that was held in February. At this event the Telecoms team of experts shared invaluable insights on navigating the digital frontier and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
